Wowsers- they all look so fabulous! From the passion fruit & salted caramels to the fresh raspberry dark ganache... every single piece looks absolutely delish! So I'd have to pick a sampler box when all was said & done... & I'd enjoy it with a nice champagne... perhaps a rose & I'd add some strawberries too just to pretend it is remotely healthy. haha. yum! yum! YUM! :)

Wow those are some of the most amazing looking chocolates I've seen in a long long time. You are right... you had me at chocolate!
They all look amazing, but right now I'm craving the Matcha Green Tea with Sour Cherries (white) Chocolate Bark Chips.
To go with it I keep thinking sweet things, but I think too sweet would be too much with the sweet sweet chocolate, so I would probably resort to something like a fortified Shiraz. I had an amazing one from the Clare Valley in South Australia... if only I could remember the name of the place... maybe I would have remembered it better if I hadn't tasted so much of their amazing wine??? I think it was Annie's Lane... maybe I should just go for the sparkling Shiraz sitting on my counter (taunting me) since it won't fit on my wine rack?

Chili Dark Ganache: Although I love plain dark chocolate with my Vintage Fonseca or Quinta do Noval, I would go with a good California Zinfandel Port in this case because the chili seasoning needs to find its spicy echo in the wine.

Betty, since I know your tastes very well, I think we both know what you might be drinking with your chocolate. ;-)
